We are able to manufacture any possible rotary symmetrical seal variant within shortest production times and without additional tool costs.

We offer standard and special materials in best qualtiy for your individual application. Because of our progressive manufacturing technique we are able to produce seals from an inner diameter of 5 mm to an outer diameter of 2000 mmm in both metric and imperial sizes.

WiperS   Description

Due to their special shaping wipers provide that no dust, dirt or sand particles, metal chips or humidity will enter the components of a hydraulic or pneumatic circuit.

Wipers will also prevent scores in cylinders and valves, they will preserve the guide bush and extend the actual working time of seals and other components.

Rod seals   Description

In most cases U-cup rings (lip rings) are used as rod seals.

The installation of these U-cup rings is very easy - they are simply snapped into place.

The sealing effect is achieved due to a dead fitting on the outer diameter with the stationary member (static sealing). That way the reciprocating member can be optimally sealed on the inner diameter (dynamic sealing).

Piston Seals   Description

There are two types of piston seals: Single acting and double acting seals (according to the pressure conditions in the sealing system).

In most cases the traditional U-cup ring (lip ring - check rod seals) is used as a single acting piston seal.

Double acting piston seals are able to be pressure stressed according to the application.

rotary seals   Description

Rotary seals are used as the traditional shaft seal for little pressure differences and as a powerful high pressure seal for the construction industry and engineering.

There are also V-rings in use as rotary seals. These V-rings are rotating with the shaft and achieve the sealing effect by expansion. That way the system will be splash-proof, protected from dirt and dust particles and also a leckage of lubrication fluids is prevented.

V-rings made of H-PU have well approved because of their high abrasion resistance.

Gaskets   Description

We deliver punched or jet-water cut gaskets.

Static packings like gaskets are used for flanges of control sets / valves and for any screwed parts of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.

We deliver gaskets in any size and material. For special shapes please provide the necessary information (drawing/plan).

O-Rings - Installation   Description

The O-ring is a traditional seal and it prevents the leckage of different fluid and gaseous media. O-Rings are manufactured in small permissible variation limits and with high surface quality. The production material is chosen according to the application.

The sealing function is achieved by axial or radial deformation.

O-rings made of H-PU provide long term usage because of their high abrasion resistance and are excellent form-persistent under compressive stress. It is not necessary to use back up rings.

O-rings made of PTFE are mostly used for applications in chemical industry. PTFE can be used through a temperature range from -200°C to +260°C and it is highly resistant against aggressive media.

We deliver O-rings in any marketable material and size. Please don't hesitate to contact us:

Back up rings   Description

Back up rings (anti extrusion rings) are mainly used in combination with U-cup rings and O-rings in hydraulic systems with high pressure applications. They prevent the seal from extrusion into the clearance.

A back up ring is no seal by itself but it extends the working period of the combined seal.

guide parts   description

The metalline parts of piston and cylinder mustn't get in contact while sliding. Otherwise the parts might seize and the sliding movement will be disturbed or even stopped. To prevent this contact is especially important if there are radial forces.

The piston has to be guided through the cylinder. This cannot be done by seals. Special guiding elements, which can be manufactured very complicated and expensive by using bronze or - much easier and cheaper - by using plastic materials are recommended to solve this problem.

There are slotted guide rings or strips made of plastic or plastic impregnated gauzes which will be layed into ring shaped grooves.

We deliver back up rings made of high quality solid materials, slotted for easy installation. Special shapes according to your applications are possible.
